DISADVANTAGES AND ADVANTAGES MOVING TO A IT BASED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

ADVANTAGES

One of the advantages of moving into an IT based communication is that everyone will start to understand the basics of the IT system.

Another one is that people will not have to use paper and we don’t have to cut down more trees good for the environment.

Plus people can communicate with other that they have now spoke to.

And with all the paper you don’t have to look after it more in filing and making mistakes and make the work messy.

People can also do there work for school.

DISADVANTAGES

 One of the disadvantages is that people might use it for cyber-bullying and not respect the area.

Another one is that if you do it one the computer and some think happens you lose all your work put if on paper you can look after it more.

We have to cut down tree to get paper and most people are don’t agree with it if we have computer places to go to.

It will cost a lot of money as well. 

SOCIAL IMPACTS
The social impacts are meeting with family and friends also people to do with your work.
being paper less is a different to computer because you can sort stuff out easier and find it easier.
also being a hermit in your room 24,7 may affect your life with how you acted. 
your eye sight can be damaged.
